The Telephone Switchboard Systems Integration module enables integration with various phone switchboard systems. When a call is directed to a specific extension, the module generates a Priority pop-up form (e.g. customer or supplier or service calls ) according to the caller's phone number. In addition, the module enables direct calls to be made from Priority.
