EDEA CLM (Customer Loyalty Management), being a part of the
EDEA Unified-Commerce solution, enhances the customer management process from
the omni-channel recruitment, through campaigns and communication, up to the
customer segmentation and retention. The
loyalty suite includes customer benefits by credits or coupons, birthday gifts,
special segmented offers, communication tools, integration with the customer
sale transactions and CRM calls and open standard Restful API for external CRM,
Marketing automations and any other customer-oriented services. The CLM mudule can be also extended with a
Qlik-Sense BI module integrated to the CLM segmentation and customer's assets
components.
