The Changes Log module enables the logging of data changes in Priority forms. The log is maintained together with an electronic signature and time stamp. It can be predefined to record all changes or partial changes per column, per type of change, including inserts, updates and deletions of records. The module includes set of reports and forms for querying the log and displaying data as required in FDA validation processes.
