The Construction module is tailored for organizations
involved in land purchase, development and residential property management.
Supported by Priority's robust platform, the Construction module gives
companies in this sector a single, integrated system that includes all required
business processes. It interacts with
all Priority modules to effectively manage the entire construction process,
including CRM, sales quotations, project management, finance, customer service
and maintenance. The Construction module consists of several sub- modules that
can be individually selected as necessary. The Contractors module manages both
upward and downward contractual relationships between the company, (receiver)
customer and subcontractor.
- Manage contracts between company, receiver and subcontractor
and record quantity surveys (materials required), turnkey contracts, index
adjustments, offsets, prepayments and liens.
- Record and track order changes, supplements and changes of
quantities or prices.
- Manage bills for receivers and from subcontractors according
to progress percentage, quantities reported and milestones.
- Compare subcontractor bids and sub-level bidding,
upload/download files.
- Manage subcontractor collateral (including deposits) and
insurance. Manage terms, type, and expiry dates. Extend or revise dates as
needed.
- Calculate index (inflation) changes and lien, offsets and
partial payments according to individual contract terms.
- Control back to back contracts and track progress according to milestones; manage price increases.
- Analyze project cash flow by bank accounts, payments and
receipts.
