A cloud-based service utilizing AI capabilities tailored for perfect information extraction from invoices. This cloud-based service allows uploading of PDF-based invoices, both original and scanned, and extracting relevant text fields for each organization. The offered service is exposing an API for invoice data extraction and returns the extracted information as a JSON file that through Galil software’s special connector for Priority customers, loads the JSON into the system, creates an invoice in draft status, and attaches the original document under the "Attachments" tab in the system.

Technical:

BillBotl.ai will update and append the vendor invoice under the relevant vendor in Priority. 

Setup is done within a number of days by our team. 

Pricing:

One-time setup and customization fee – starting from 4,000 ILS.
BillBot.AI system usage fee – based on a usage package per page.
The minimum usage package – up to 1,000 pages for 1,250 ILS, including the use of the Priority connector.
