Funner is an addon to your browser that enables Priority users using the web interface to use WhatsApp as a chat above Priority. The app automatically detects the customer and pops up the relevant screen to continue the engagement with him. 

You will never lose valuable client history - once a conversation is concluded the entire discussion can be filed under the client data within Priority.
