The ERP Combined Invoice Module enables you to send a legally approved digitally signed invoice by email, and to attach all the delivery notes signed by the customer as evidence in a PDF file that contains all the relevant documents!

AUTOMATIC COLLECTION MODULE


Significant shortening of collection time in the organization. The ERP automatic collection module will send automatic reminders to customers who do not pay within a defined time.


SORTING

The module will automatically check for you which invoices have not been paid although the due date has passed.


AUTOMATION

After that the system will automatically send an email to the customer regarding the unpaid invoices.  The original invoice will be automatically attached to the email (as a digitally signed PDF).


CONVENIENCE

The system will also send the financial manager a line specifying the customer’s debts.
