FileSmile saves time and eliminates errors by automating the collection of all paperwork and storing it directly within the relevant fields in Priority.

FileSmile can collect data from:

·         Scanned documents

·         Barcodes

·         Directly from within outlook

·         From a specific folder

·         Using a tablet or a cell phone


File Smile can also Digitally sign the document for proof of authenticity (Comsign).


Documents are attached to the Appendixes on the Priority screens:
