Shopfloor-Online is a flexible, real-time online software solution designed to simplify, track, and monitor operational manufacturing performance in one unified platform. Shopfloor-Online grows with your system and offers a rich platform that can be adapted and extended to cover additional requirements as the business evolves.

Acting as the central nervous system of the factory, Shopfloor-Online MES:

• Enforces business processes, providing the base for improvement plans and the management of non-conformances, with Smart Manufacturing software
• Controls and monitors activities and events on the shop floor, supporting exception-based management
• Captures and stores structured data, providing context to unstructured data captured by IoT devices
• Empowers the workforce, from operators and shift supervisors to engineers and managers, with visual management and real-time data

The shopfloor-Online Connector to Priority:

• Magma has established a standard connector for Shopfloor-Online with Priority.
  The connector is an ASAPI based connector dedicated to Shopfloor Online which allows easy and  reliable interface between Priority and the software. No API license is needed in as this is covered under the connector. 
• The connector support the standard Priority screens as out of the box, more screens and customized data can be added based on the implementation needs.

Technical

Implementation of Shopfloor Online MES system takes a number of weeks to a few month to implement. This is done by a team from Magma.  

Priority integrator services are required alongside this implementation.
