SMADAR Direct – Scanning, Archive and Attachments Module

You can use Smadar Direct, a Priority integrated module, to scan documents, such as contracts or shipping documents, after they are signed by the customer, and file them directly into Priority. You can also upload any external document  into Priority as a digitally signed attachment instead of saving the print document in a physical archive. You can even attach messages and files directly from your email client. Smadar makes document management simple and easy.   Additional module enhancements available:
  • Text-Recognition (OCR)
  • Missing signature alerts
  • Reports on documents that have yet to be scanned into the system
  • Signature capture via mobile devices
  • Scanned attachments to e- invoices
